The Business and Education Partnership of Waterloo Region invites Grade 7 to 12 students and their parents/caregivers to participate in the interactive Explore Your Future speaker series starting Wednesday, December 7. This free, virtual series gives students a chance to learn about potential career options and help them plan their future career pathways.

Explore Your Future: Careers in the Skilled Trades

Skilled trades are a great option for all high school students to seriously consider. There’s a high and growing demand for people to fill good paying, satisfying careers in the skilled trades. Skilled tradespeople are highly trained professionals who get to solve new problems every day, work as part of a team and build, fix and design things we need and use every day. Even better, you can earn as you learn instead of accumulating debt.
