Congratulations to students, staff and parents in the Northlake Woods School community for the overwhelming response to our call for support of the Five Days for Freedom activities that have taken place this past week.

  The Bake Sale raised over $500, the Cake Walk raised over $700, the Toy Sale was hugely successful, and the Bags to School clothing drive gathered over half a tonne of clothing for donations (bringing in a donation of $125.)

  The time and efforts of our school community will result in measurable changes to the lives of those living in places that have little or no means of providing the necessities of life in the way we have here.   Stepping up to make this change for others is a valuble activity and lesson for all of us.   Our community has certainly risen to the call for change.
