Read-a-thonparentletter_14_finalwoodlot Students were treated to a special presentation by our guest author Helaine Becker, as our second annual read-a-thon got underway today.  Students should have brought home an envelope today with all of the details about this year’s read-a-thon.  Click this link to a cover letter that explains the event.   Students will be gathering sponsers for the next week and beginning Nov. 14th,  their challenge of 15 days of reading begins.    We are excited that all of this year’s proceeds will be put toward our efforts to revitalize the woodlot at Northlake Woods.
