Congratulations goes out to over 100 students who entered an Art or Science display in this year’s annual event. The quality and originality of the presentations that students made and the topics they pursued was inspiring once again this year. There is no question that our students are curious about exploring art and science topics. A huge thanks goes out to the parents, volunteers and teachers who helped make this event possible. Students from the University of Waterloo volunteered to help with some of the judging for Intermediate projects that are being entered into the Regional Science Fair later this spring. As well, this year we introduced Math into the event, hosting a session with our Math consultant and showcasing games that promote math problem solving skill development. Members of our School Council also showcased our Math Game Lending Library, where students and parents can sign out fun math games and activities to play at home.
