James R., Sakshi P., and Justin M., won Gold in the Skills Canada competition in the Lego Mechanics category this past week.   In a very close competition,  they were able to ultimately win by adding a pooper scooper to their robot dog, gaining them an extra 20 points for their ingenuity.  They came in first, earning the gold by less than 20 points over the next nearest competitor.   A number of other teams from Northlake Woods earned medal standings with their results.  The Design and Build team won a bronze medal, the Lego Robotics team got a silver medal and the two Video Editing teams earned bronze and a 4th Place finish.   Congratulations to all of the teams from NLW and to Mr. Harris who worked with the teams,  preparing for this event.
