As we quickly approach the start of the new school year we are excited to have not only the inside of the school all ready for the first day,  but work has just been completed in the Woodlot,  making ready that outdoor learning space for our teachers and students this fall.    Thanks to the fundraising efforts of the staff,  students, parents and our school community,  the work that was needed to revitalize the walkway and add a new outdoor learning space,  is complete.   Teachers will be talking with students, in the first couple of weeks, to develop safe procedures for using this outdoor space and to come up with strategies that we can all implement to keep it natural and well maintained.   Our school is indeed fortunate on many fronts.  Our woodlot is now something we can be even more proud to have as part of our school.
