Once again this year many hours went into the preparation and running of our Annual NLW Used Book Sale.   This is an opportunity for students to get some great reading material for the summertime.   I want to thank all of the parents who volunteered their time so that the sale could run all day long.    The number of books donated and the number that went back into homes was impressive.  Here are some of the totals from this years sale;

Here are the totals:

–  573 tickets collected (Donation of five books yielded one ticket for a free book)

–  $465 cash came in from sales of books at 50 cents each 

–  930 books were sold with the others given away or finding a home in one of the NLW Library collections!! 

–  approx. 1503 books found new homes
