From Oct. 23rd to Oct. 31st, Northlake Woods students will be participating in Free the Children’s We Scare Hunger food drive campaign. During this time, students are encouraged to bring in canned food items for the Waterloo Region Food Bank.   At nutrition breaks, a bean bag toss activity will encourage students to bring in canned food. For each food item, students will receive a ticket for a fun bean bag toss where they can win even more tickets for a special draw. We will be drawing a name from the tickets to win a Hallowe’en Mystery Bag Prize for each division.

This Halloween, be hunger heroes and help stop local hunger in its tracks. Bring in canned food items from Oct. 23rd to Oct. 31st!
