If you have a child born in 2013 or 2014 (four years old or five years old in 2018), please complete this registration form and return it to the school by Thursday, January 25th.  If you have a friend or neighbour who has a child born in 2013 or 2014, please pass on this information and ask them to call the school to register their child.
